| Dynamic Combat's Eight Ways
of Attack™ presents a scientific and total approach to reality-based
martial
arts. |
You attack with a direct attack and your opponent
responds with an angular evasion, escaping with a side step.
He is to fast
and experienced for a simple direct attack to work so you change
your strategy. Next time you launch an indirect attack – faking
low into the mid line of the body. He takes the bait dropping
his guard, which opens him up for a straight jab to the face.
You launch it with everything you’ve got but once again
his reflexes save him. The punch only partially connects with
his face and he slips out of your range. But things are different
now. His arms are raised protecting his face. This time he will
not let you fake him out of position. Without hesitation you
close the gap with a trapping attack
slipping
to the
inside line for two quick backfists. Before he can move you launch
into a balance attack taking his mobility away from him and setting
him on the ground at your feet where you finish him off with
a combination of power blows.
Dynamic Combat’s Eight
Ways of Attack™ represent
the only eight methods by which any fighter can attack or defend.
There value lies in being able to understand that all systems
and methods filter down to the same basic general applications
regardless of individual styles or nuances. By placing all techniques
in self-contained conceptual blocks it allow the practitioner
to speak a “common language” with all other martial
artists and systems. More importantly for the individual it creates
an organized structure for training, tactics and applied strategy.
The Dynamic Combat Eight Ways of Attack™ Seminar Series
is one of the most interesting and useful seminars any martial
artist can participate in and is guaranteed to enlighten and
educate regardless of the art and system.
